Focus on systems not goals
Last week I discussed the fear, frustration, and overwhelm that's associated with the discouragement you face when your fitness and weight loss goals aren't met.
As a result, discouragement lowers your self-esteem. It makes you feel hopeless. It overwhelms you until you are ready to give up all together.
