Our bodies need real food to function. The purpose of food is to nourish our bodies in order to sustain growth, repair and vital processes, and to furnish energy. But now, we are in a state where we eat more harmful chemicals than we eat nutritious food and it is making us sick.
Seventy percent of deaths are caused by chronic disease, and these rates will continue to grow if the primary cause is not effectively addressed, and that primary cause is our modern food system.
People are fed by the food industry, which pays no attention to health, and are healed by the health industry, which pays no attention to food.

Whenever we take on a new journey, there are going to be moments when we become discouraged. These are low moments in our lives when we feel hopeless and want to give up. We become hard on ourselves and start to sabotage our own efforts.
Discouragement and those feeling that go along with it, such as fear and depression, is part of the journey. You can’t avoid it. In order to heal, you must learn to move through it to experience freedom on the other side.
